If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help! 🐾

We’ve created this simple and transparent Return & Refund Policy to make sure every pet parent enjoys a worry-free shopping experience.


📦 Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 7 days of delivery if:
✅ The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
✅ You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
✅ You have the invoice/order ID as proof of purchase.

Not eligible for return:
❌ Opened or used consumables (like food, treats, or supplements).
❌ Grooming tools, brushes, or hygiene products once unsealed (for health & safety reasons).
❌ Customized or personalized products.


🚚 Return Process

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

1️⃣ Email us: at support@petifyhub.store with your order ID and issue details.
2️⃣ Attach clear photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
3️⃣ Our support team will verify your request and send a confirmation within 24–48 hours.
4️⃣ Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or drop-off as per your location.

🕐 Please note: Return pickup availability depends on your pincode. If pickup service isn’t available, you may be asked to ship the product to our return address.


💰 Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or Bank Transfer).

🔸 Prepaid Orders: Refund will be auto-credited to the source account.
🔸 COD Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI after product verification.


🔄 Exchange Policy

If you received the wrong size or product, we’ll be happy to exchange it for the correct one.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we’ll offer a full refund instead.


⚠️ Important Guidelines

  • Items must be returned with original tags, manuals, and packaging.

  • PetifyHub reserves the right to reject a return if the product is used or tampered with.

  • Refunds may be partially reduced for missing accessories or packaging damage.

  • In case of courier issues, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
